After another motherboard change and re-activation of windows i now cannot play warhead!

Stupid thing tells me it cannot be installed on to many machines and i need to buy another code!!!!!!

The cheek of it its only ever been on my one hard drive installed once and never removed! Why should i have to pay again!
 
phone crytek or whoever and explain. If they refuse to re-instate your game the give them the two finger salute and download the game from torrent or other sources.
 
is it not possible to use a no cd crack in your existing crysis directory to make it work?
works on some games
 
I had the exact same problem about 3 weeks ago.

Took me about 8 emails to EA customer service before they would allow me another activation code on their back end activation server.

All I did was have a faulty HD so had to reformat and as I was unable to revoke the licence it would not let me reinstall again as it was already installed on my other PC.

Your only allowed 2 installs according to EA. Then you have to contact customer services every time and usually that means someone in full r*tard mode from another timezone who cannot speak english very well!!

Even tried a key generator and it still would not work as it can detect online straight away the previous install via some hidden files. They are using the strongest form of Securom AFAIK.
 
please tell me that support line is Free to Phone aswell? that'd be a real 2 finger salute from EA to the customers if you had to pay to get a product they've sold u faulty fixed...
 
I had no problem reinstalling it when I reinstalled Vista, did not uninstall it first. It's rubbish anyway.

*Edit* Below comment is a load of foul mouthed nonsense. This game was a waste of money and took about 4 hours to complete. MP sucks big time.

I couldn't play The Sims 2 for months as it ran detection where I'd had to install a no CD crack and anti-blaxx to work a game EA didn't even write!

There's too much of this stuff now I had to get a refund on Football Manager 2009 as it wouldnt run either.

aren't no-cd cracks a modified version of the .exe which I didn't think you were allowed to do (legally)?
