Given the speed of the RBR and the lack of pace of the back of the grid cars, it won't take him more than a lap to get back to where he would have been had he started on the grid, plus he won't be in any first corner carnage.

Don't count on it. I can't imagine the back of the grid guys being too easy on him. My bet is he'll have trouble at some point coming through the field, puncture would be nice.

Were talking about Marussia, Caterham and HRT. Vettel had 3 seconds on them in qualifying before adopting super slippy spec.

its not just the grid positions vettel will lose of the start, he will be prob 10-15 seconds back on potential places at the end of the race.

when he finishes take 10 seconds off his time and see were he would be.
