Until the rules change drastically it is only an endurance race and to me as lost all its excitement. I found the final race (like a few others) quite boring if I'm honest. How can Hamilton purposely drive so damn slow and not one person overtake? I thought it was called racing, there's no racing with no overtaking in my eyes. They're concentrating on fuel consumption and tyre wear far too much and not letting teams adjust the cars during the season ..... There's quite a few drivers you could put in that Mercedes who could also easily win the championship, I don't think either driver deserves it if being honest as it's only been an in-house title. Had another team been a bit more competitive there's no way rosberg would have won.
 
What the hell? Wow, Rosberg, what a move.

Riccardo for the seat? Alonso to pay to drive for Mercedes?
 
It's late in the season, most drivers are locked into their contracts, and Mercedes might have to spend a lot of money to buy a contract out.

So, there's no F1 world champion going to be promoting the sport in 2017, as he's retired?
