What time did Max do without the tow?

He ought to be clear into T1, now to see if Lewis can keep in touch enough to make use of the extra life in the mediums.

Assuming one stops, we could well see Lewis chasing Max down at the end, both on hard tyres but differing wear.

In the race though he'll be pitting in 10 laps trying to keep ahead of Lewis.

Nearly 4/10ths not taking into account track evo. Max was up also on his second lap which he decided to abandon.

Should be very interesting with Perez starting behind Ham, if Perez can use the slipstream within the first few corners to get past Lewis even with the compound difference I can see a max win.

Bottas only goes backwards in races. Hamilton and Verstappen will be 20s up the road by lap 10.

Going to depend entirely on whether they both one stop or Red Bull brave some sort of two stop blitz on softs

Plenty of drs zones if the merc has decent race pace.

Going to be a weird setup for RB with those softs, they need to hope for a safety car or they are gonna get totally nailed at the pit stop due to the traffic they'll be in, or being held up by a Bottas or someone else who is fighting for position. Perez will be key for them if they really want Max to win, but they'll need to sacrifice any hope of the constructors if they do use that route.
