Im suprised at how little damage there is in those pics. You say she hit you without braking at all? What kind of speed was involved?

Either way dont worry about the car, just try to forget about it for now, main thing is everyone is ok.
 
Important thing is your in one peice. I'm sure the whiplash payout will help soften the blow! My bro just got 6k a month ago for the whiplash and 3k for the car (old corsa written off). Crazy money!
 
I think she hit me around 20-30mph. As for my whiplash im not sure where to go from here i take it i am eligable to claim.
 
If you really have whiplash, then your damm right you claim.

Its the people who make it up though I cant stand as it effects our insurance policies overall each year these dodgy claims.

But if you have been hurt, speak to Help Hires Sister company - they dont take ANY of your payout for their services and I know for fact the insurance companies settle the payment REALLY quickly with them.......
 
Gave myself whiplash when I plowed my 106 into the back of a clio.
Neck started stiffening up within an hour and was knackered for a week :(

:D , Cheers that made me smile for the first time today, i actually had a scuff on the bumper from the previous owner so a new bumper isnt all that bad.

Funny how the government blame mobile phone users , personally old people are the biggest danger on the road... Why don't they have a test for over 60's just safety tests thats all they need :mad:
 
Exactly the car in question was a Jaguar 2006 X-TYPE V6 SE AUTO Engine size(CC)2496 , repair bill going to be hefty for that i reckon, the front end was smashed totally and the car had to be recovered.
 
Doesn't seem that much damage, but I suppose the jag being quite low wouldn't have done much except under like it has.

Should have seen the state of the Focus C-Max I used to have when a transit went into me at 30.

I went to Jennings Ford this moring to drop my car off and the road was clear, 5 minutes later in my courtesy 1.4 fiesta Zetec :( , the A66 towards Middlesbrough (outside Jennings at the roundabout at Mcdonalds) there had been a 3 car crash at about 9.30AM ish. the traffic was queued all the way back upto the roundabout at Asda :D

At least you are ok though :)

Aye i thought about the Jag being low down hence why its acctacked the bumper and the boot floor, Will the boot floor/compartment that houses the spare tyre be easy to repair?, i take it its a fairly big job im just hoping they don't do some ghetto welding job, i won't be happy :mad:
