Ace Combat 6 demo on MP

To lock on use Y to change targets, and the back button to change missiles, as soon as you select the special missiles if there are enemies within range it will lock on to like 4 of them. With the single missiles you have to get a bit closer, press Y then when the square turns red fire! (This has worked for me :P)
 
I thought it was a bit of a crap level for a demo but the game itself seems quite promising. It's not really progressed all that much from Ace Combat on the PlayStation though.
 
It plays a lot like AC04 on the PS2, if you liked that you'll like this to.

I think its got a lot of promise, graphics are excellent, even at low level, (acceptably so at least, imho) and the controls are the perfect balance of arcade ease and realism.

@SC04 - As far as I know the flight stick isn't for UK release, and in any case, have you seen pics of it? From what I've seen its wired, white and green, and ugly as hell.

Dont really care what the stick looks like but wired means I would need a 4m extension cable :( but it should work on the PC (not that I would have time mind)

the sound is brilliant. Even though i havent got my speakers set up 100% correction (room size + fitted wardrobes) the sound over my 6.1 is amazing.

missiles blasting by etc. sounds awesome
 
Fantastic, best combat flight sim ive played.
Ace Combat on the PS2 was good but the graphics on this are excellent, very detailed, some of the best ive seen on the 360. Ok it looses it when you get towards ground level, but most of the time its just brilliant.

Cant wait for the full release, going to pre-order this.
 
I really like it too, it looks stunning especially flying over the clouds or just watching the smoke trails of your missiles. :cool:
I enjoyed it so much it's definitely on my pre-order list along with Medal of Honor: Airborne after seeing the stage demo on GS :eek:
