** Acme [Akagi] bought a pink estate car - E30 325i project log! **

And sold, for a £5 profit. :p

Ripped the headliner out, thats a pain of a job!! Main reason was to inspect the roof rot, caught in the nick of time, but of surface bubbling around the sunroof drain. So need to move the sunroof cable guides and then get a grinder on it to scrub it up, followed by some paint.

My god all the dead foam made a hell of a mess...

Meh, you lose what few lines the E30 has with the greys imo.

Re the headliner I hope you get it reupholstered in some snazzy patterned material instead of just OEM - would add a nice bit of colour and contrast, especially if you go with a grey exterior.

If (when) my headliner goes again I'll definitely be going for something patterned :D

Sorry to disappoint but the headliner is probably going black, and I have a black sunvisor panel and black sunvisors to go with it... :p Though I do quite like your idea so I'll see what snazzy patterns are out there.

And I think a nice shiny grey accentuates the shape and makes it look classy more than anything.

Aston Martin Arizona Bronze could look really nice on an E30...

Acme...think you need to update your age on here. If youre considering beige you must clearly be beyond retirement age.

First E30 I nearly bought when I was 17 was beige. I've always liked beige E30's. And Tourings never came in beige. Thought it would be different. :)

daytona violet no questions asked! would look amazing on e30.

I've seen some Daytona Violet tourings. They made some Daytona Violet 316i/318i 'design edition' tourings in 93/94. They do look nice but I'm not convinced its quite what I want.

estoril blue is pretty cool too!

If I was respraying I'd want something more exciting than black/red/silver etc.
