Anyone used this? Network performance seems absolutely abysmal, i've had to copy the recovery file onto a usb hard drive I fortunately had around to get reasonable performance out of it.
By abysmal i'm talking about an estimated 20 hours to copy a 150GB partition over 100MB ethernet. Creating the backup took around 8 hours, but at the time it was going over a powerline connection and had compression turned on, so i'll give it the benefit of the doubt.
Now it's on a USB drive it's already 50% done with 35 mins remaining.
I like the differential backups, and the USB recovery worked fine, but if it can't be used properly over the network it's useless to me and I'll be going back to ghost.
Is the FTP option any better?
