For a new (ish) J-pop site I'm working on I'd like a little text added to the header logo, so I'd much appreciate if someone can help (as I suck at all things graphics related).

I'd like the text "Japanese Music & Pop-Culture" added to the top of the image, in small (but readable) size. Obviously without the quotation marks.
