Yes, yes and yes again.
one of the best bits i have ever bought and put in my rig. In fact, i actually now have 2 in there (not RAID set up, just 2 seperate drives).
i have W7 64 HP on the 1st along with Office 10 Adobe CS and EVE. The second one has FSX and what ever game is my fancy at the moment (currently Dirt 2 and F1-10) Have sammy 1tb for other storage stuff (least played games, movies, music, phots etc etc.
Not sure if the newer drives still need this, but when you build your new system (add the SSD) ONLY PLUG THE SSD IN - leave all other hard drives unplugged. Once you are up and running in Windows, then shut down, power off and add any other hard drives that you may be adding.
