Adjustable Stubble Shaver?

I won't post a George Michael picture even though that's what I'm thinking :)

Don't you just either shave or not shave?

If you just don't shave you end up looking like Grizzly Adams.

Some people prefer to have some facial hair but not that much.

I hate being clean shaven, feels and looks weird.

You, sir, are a star. Not sure why my meandering post got closed but thank you.

:)

Don't thank me, thank gord. He has the amazing ability to understand drunk language and told me what you were after.

That's what I have and it works fine. I like a bit of stubble because I look too baby-faced without:D

its a running joke in my household

im 25 and ive been asked for ID about 5 times in my life, each one was on the day of having a shave lol.

I use a Braun Cruzer 3 for beard trimming - it has an adjustable height gizmo which is excellent for sorting out my beard and sideburns.

It's not too hot if you let your stubble grow too long, I find I have to keep a wet razor handy if I leave it a couple days, but it's different for each bloke.

Funnily enough when I first started growing facial hair I thought it would be funny to try cut it with nail clippers. I found it quite therapeutic and continued to do it for a while... I think it was something to with the sound it made :o

I've actually thought about it before, but the fact that they touch my feet always put me off. And buying another pair, solely for clipping facial hair, seemed to be be pushing it too far. :o :p

Real men viciously rub their Keyboard's on their faces, or use Nail Clippers.

lol you had me in stitches.

on a serious note though, I did some poking around and here's what I found:

I-trim: A lot of complaints about this one not cutting evenly, among many other things. But it does offer 0.5mm

Remington MB320C: Seems to be highly rated, lots of praise. Cuts evenly. But hard to clean and only offers 1.5mm and above so not really suitable for 'business-grade' stubble.

Remington PG410: can't find a single review on this, but if it works as well as the MB320C it would be preferred as it goes down to 1mm. Anyone used one?

Philips/Braun/Others: All have issues and lots of complaints.

Sooooo it's probably gonna be the remington MB320C unless someone has used the PG410 and can let me know if it's just as good?

I'd also consider a hair clipper but I honestly can't picture how to shave with one. Do you actually apply it to your face as you would a shaver/trimmer or does it just hover above while you try to get it as close to the stubble as possible?

If you are looking for under 1mm hair clippers won't be good enough.

Sounds like that Remington PG410 might be ideal for you. My MB320C is fine for me as I prefer my stubble a bit longer.
