Which is the odd part! I'd certainly suggest getting a subject access request in to them immediately and ask them for more information about the CCJ.
I know they were VERY pushy about getting their money from people and I'd be keen to know more about the situation. If it's a straight up PPI claim then each claim will have its own reference number. They'll also have sent an invoice for their fee, usually within 14 days of the successful claim notification. Generally speaking, they'd only go to court if they'd been told of a "win", sent an invoice and got no communication from the customer for months and months. Rarely did anything go to that stage until at least 3 months had passed.
