Ok skidder, and the rest who have posted, ok I was vague, but ask me a serious question with reference to my original post.
One more point which I didn't say, he was also sacked from his job where he was IT Administrator, oh and yes for looking at someones email he shouldn't have

well if he had half a brain he would use the skills he's got, but he doesn't, he is now signing on and doing much the same. and yes as pointed out he didn't hack as he had all the passwords, but still got sacked for it. his boss did all the security, asked him to try and hack it, took 10 mins and he had done it, he then asked him to try again a week later as he had done what ever he done with it and it took 30 mins and he had hacked through there security system
