We buy nay car has offered me £315

What do you Think I would get for it Privately?

Am I best ebaying for parts?

Whats the best way to do this?

The 18 inch alloys should be worth something? They were recently dipped and refurbished...

Would be worth Part exing?

Thanks

Whilst you would probably get the most for it by breaking for parts, if you attribute any monetary value to your time, you'll likely end up worse off than you would just getting shot of it to WBAC.

As @MissChief says, just stick it up on eBay, some people buy anything.

It's going to need all 4 brakes doing disks and pads to pass...

Mot expires 12th May...currently it's drivable but it shudders when braking the brakes are noisey.

In which case, either WBAC it (you'll get a pittance for it, likely less than £100) or put it up on eBay with all faults identified. Some budding home mechanic will buy it, do the brakes himself and assuming nothing else goes wrong, be happy enough with it.

My mind boggled when I noticed the corosion - for some reason just didn't expect it on a 320d.

German cars aren't magic, they just constantly and consistently peddle out a load of rubbish adverts telling everyone they're better built and 'special' because they're German.

Standard stuff with e46

The car is 14 years old...

Yeah I'll give it a clean...state the brakes and eBay it...

The two fronts seats would make a great pair of pc chairs though :p

E46 corrosion is normal. Merc had the same situation of cars that era.

eBay it and it'll sell. Be warned of all the messages you get of "final price m8", "will u swapz for an iPhone m8" and, "give ya 100 m8"

Is the WBAC an actual offer, based on having viewed it, the MOT expiry and inclusive of their admin fees? If so I'd bite their hands off

I expect you'd get somewhere in the region of £3-500 on ebay. The wheels themselves are actually worth a bit as you say, any other good mechanical parts could be sold on then the thing scrapped so there's a little bit of cash in it for the right buyer

I would give you £300 for it, to me it doesn't actually look that bad, couple of new wings, little bit of welding and messing about at the rear and your away. Discs and pads can't be all that expensive. I would probably even give you £350 for it.
