Whatever. My nerves are really done. Yesterday morning I came up and said I would call the police, child wellfare and sue them neighbours afterwards. So I've enjoyed silence for the second day now.

Report them to the authorities- you pay your taxes so are entitled to use them- go do something about it.

Your life will be miserable whilst you think you’re doing the right thing of just putting up with it and not shopping them. Karma does not exist and it’s people who put up with stuff that get shafted.

alternatively find a good place to move to.
