but when i try switch on or press START button on motherboard nothing happens

Any advice ??

Does it flash any code when you press start/power on? (just checking "nothing" isnt all encompassing).

Any chance you have another system you can verify the psu on? Or another psu to test this?

Check the 24 pin physically see if any wires are loose or there are any pins missing on the mobo.

If you have a multimeter you could test the 24 pin to fault check.

Easiest one depending on power supply is remove the psu cables from mobo (all of them) then connect the two wires to trick the psu into "on" mode. If psu boots as it would normally then its most likely not a psu issue.

I imagine something shorting out. The metallic click gives the impression it might be engaging some kind of switch to prevent damage.

Hence why I recommended to check things rather than speculate on a noise sorry.

If psu makes the same noise turning it on separate of mobo I suspect a duff psu/atx wire.

If it doesnt the problem lies at the other end. Either the female pins on mobo wrong or worse.

Did you use a paper clip to bridge the 24pin when filling loop? I managed to damage it that way and it wouldn't start till I bent it back.

A paper clip ? sorry but what you mean by paper clip ,
When i bleed loop i use steal cable and connected as is shown here http://www.corsair.com/en/blog/testing-your-corsair-power-supply/ but that not work so i connect pump to my old PC and bleed system

Now i disconnect all cables from psu and done crosair psu self check and all looks OK / passed self test / LED light up green

now i going to connect back and try my luck

so i try connect back all cables but not luck , nothing happens again , psu looks ok passed self test but when i connect it to system its just not start up system at all

old psu is in my old pc and i don't really want take it of (for same reason maybe will not start back up)

i think its must to be cables

Ok good luck then :)

Thanks but i think i'm not friend with luck

Could it be the power button cables? positive and negative wires round the wrong way?

power cable was first think what i check and not sure , but even start button on mobo not start system

Fan disconnect prevention?

dont no , now i have all fans connected to AeroCool Touch 2000 4-Channel LCD Touch Panel Fan Controller so not sure what is issie

why do you think it would be broke?, have you bent any pins on the 24pin motherboard connector and have you checked the 24pin on your psu to make sure there is no damage/missing pins.

i take it you have cleared the cmos?

reseat gfx cards

also remove all ram, trun system on then power it off, and then replace 1 stick ram and see if it boots, if it fails try it in the next slot and do this for all your ram.

inspect cpu socket for bent pins, reseat cpu

failing this try another power supply
