aftershave..

Allure for Men, Homme Sport

No word of a lie, the ladies LOVE it. People always comment on how good it smells and it is awesome. If you can get a bottle i seriously reccommend it.

Excellent choice, though sadly you're right. I haven't discovered any mainstream fragrances similar enough yet, either.

You might like some of Comme Des Garcons' Incense series if it's the cedar notes of Rush that you like, or possibly even Serge Lutens' Chene, which is the smell of freshly worked wood in a bottle :)

Got some off ebay just now

im using joop jump for general day wear and givenchy very irresistable for evenings..
i find most ralph lauren ones very 'old man like' but maybe thats because im young :p

I'm a big fan of Creed fragrances. A good everyday fragrance from them is something like Virgin Island Water, Silver Mountain Water or Himalaya. As an evening fragrance I'd recommend Green Irish Tweed or Tabarome. I never liked the Tabarome at first but it has grown on me.

You can't get them online but some of the big department stores in London do them. Have a look here to find your nearest one. http://www.creedfragrances.co.uk/site/stockists
There aren't a great deal of stockists but I suppose that's a good thing as it maintains a degree of exclusivity.

Going to give the one on Bedford Street a look at later while in town, and see if I can find a nice fragrance for my dads Christmas present. How much are we talking for some of this stuff?

35ml bottles are about £65 and 75ml bottles are £95.

The shop is called Smyth & Gibson Shirtmakers. It's in Bedford house facing the civil service building, about 100 yards up from the Ulster Hall. Ask for Geoff and tell him that Blain sent you.:)

Until you get stung for VAT and import duty. You also cannot guarantee that you are getting a genuine product which has passed quality control. For the few extra quid I'd much rather have piece of mind and be able to sample the bottle which I'd be buying as they do differ from bottle to bottle.

givenchy : blue label
paco robanne black XS.
also, check out Mont Blanc aswell, im not sure of the names, but they're usually pretty good aftershaves.

Didn't get a chance to go to this place during business hours last week, however I was walking to McHughes bar after some pool in Lavery's at around 9.30pm and I was walking past and mindlessly Creed for women just caught my eye in the shop display and then twigged this is where I should go to check out this stuff. It's a definate for this Saturday though as soon as I get off work for Christmas and I return to the North!

the Ferrari one in a black bottle sounds like your buying it for the name , but I tried some just today in boots and it smells really nice, the red one however is flippin awful
