It's really weird, the angle that was taken from and the things people are shouting makes it seem like a FPS game.

I've never understood the whole airsoft thing. No offence to those who enjoy it. Last time I played "Japs and Commandos" was probably 1978.

It depends where and how you play. The site that I go to you get Royal marines and it is very good fun. Everyone's entitled to their own opinions. Don't get me wrong, its a game for men acting like kids again but everyone enjoys themselves.

Not the airsoft/paintball debate again haha. Run around like idiots or use tactics and play realistically? I know which I would do.

True that but no one takes it seriously apart from competitive paintball and even then you still run around like mad men. Fun if thats what you like. Nothing against it at all.

can't say I saw any 'tactics' in the video linked to here...

FWIW if the MOD is letting you lot use training areas these days then lydd and hythe is(was) much better - has a whole bunch of cameras already set up in the training area - tis great as you can run through a scenario, go into the cinema, have it played back on the big screen and critiqued. Whether they'll let airsoft walts use it is another matter I guess.
