Any whiskey drinks out there?

If so any good sugestions on some good whiskey brands?

Latest has been a 18 year old Glenfiddich, looking for something better than this.

I must admit I like southern comfort as well, was just looking for a few more ideas on some nice whiskeys thats all

Laphroaig maybe the spelling is a bit off but it is peat in a glass, apparantly that is what whisky is meant to taste like but I've never quite got round to liking it. That said as a shot it sorts the men from the boys pretty quickly

Isle of Jura was quite nice last time I tasted it, I think I had somewhere upwards of a 16 year old bottle but is was about 6 months ago so don't quite remember.

I don't drink anything with alcohol in it, can't stomach it

Dalwhinnie, this single malt is fantastic!

Add a small amount of water (table spoon) to bring the flavour out fully and slowly sip away at it...mmmm. Dont add ice btw you will ruin the nose. A good single malt whisky is there to be enjoyed.

Tobermory is nice... I'm partial to a bit of Talkisker, but it's quite peaty and lots of people I know don't like it.

Ben Romach is another favourite of mine, but I don't see any in the shops

personally I think soco is just way to sweet, my favourite whiskey is glenfiddich special reserve 15yr and whiskey is meant to be drunk on its own!

not with any of this ice or coke lark
