So they fired everyone in order to "revamp" the show, but really it was just about getting a person with darker coloured skin into a role so they could tick a diversity box. Why is anyone paying for these organisations?

From what I can see, she's the perfect candidate: years of top-flight sporting experience including major achievements and accolades, and a degree in sports journalism and broadcasting.
