Alienware area 51

Never, ever for the love of god buy an alienware. They are everything that I hate about the modern PC industry, tricking people into thinking they are high end by putting an outrageous price tag and building it in a fancy case. I would sooner be seen with a Mac than an Alienware. Because they are built by Dell they will have a far inferior build quality, will most likely be desinged to break and won't be upgradable.
Alienware preys on those who know nothing about PCs, fortunately, you seem to know what you are doing as you have come here. There is hope yet!

And reviews show the Antec to be the better PSU
i'm not denying its better, i'm just saying it isnt 50% better than the OCZ
Its is to some people
especially when they have to send them back as the coil whine is too much.

wasnt the coil whine fixed by turning Vsync on for nvidia cards?Its is to some people

so is this only affecting a few units at high power ratings, or all units at high power ratings? other than the coil whine they both have outstanding reviews on jonnyguru, with the OCZ being let down by the price, and the antec being helped by the price, whereas on OcUK its the other way by a massive margin
