Good point! Non-RGB preferred, and would favour quieter fans over shifting the most air.
Quieter is sort of relative
Depends what rpm you spin them at
Most are pretty quiet up to approx 1,000--1200rpm range
Another budget option would be thermalright
Don't know their model numbers
But their stuff tends to be great bang for the buck

Edit
The p12 comes in silent version
1050rpm max
Standard version 1800rpm max
Max version 3300rpm max
For roughly 5 quid a fan maybe even less
If get multipack
A lot of people in here seem to like them

Absolutely love my T30 and D30's. They are by far the quietest rad fans i own as well.
Yeah if I hadn't bought lian li al120
Before the d30 came out
Would have got the d30 instead
But when you have 13 fans it gets very costly
But with that amount of fans
Then the click together with less cables is very useful
Though think you can daisy chain the p12
Just not in a click together fashion

Yeah the P12 daisy chaining is useful but not as neat as the click together solution

They need something to hold the loose cabling to the side of the frame to retain the neat and clean look of the Metal Fan. I purchased the black ones recently and the cabling really takes away from the tidiness of the fans.
