alternatives to romrod?

just about finished the free trial, and i'm as flexible as a steel pipe.

is there any other ones like this for improving flexibility, preferably free.

also don't like the fact you have to go watch the how to videos to find the easier option.

ROMWOD is basically just yoga without being called yoga, mostly for the hips/shoulders as it's lifter specific and those are the two areas that need to be in good nick for weightlifting positions etc. You can get plenty of guided yoga practices and playlists on YouTube for free which are more or less the same thing.

Also grab a copy of Relax Into Stretch by Pavel Tsatsouline - google is your friend. ;)
