I have 2 of the 1000 w models in mining rigs, 1 x gold and 1 x plat, really nice PSU's.. One is running 3 x 290 as well so they can deliver what they say on the box.

I can tell you now as we tested it, a Corsair 1200AXi cannot do this.
As I've said many times, I am like a broken record the Superflower's are over-engineered.
I got mines today 1000watt plat i did not like the sweets they was sour lol but i have noticed the fan dont spin that normal?
Also has a switch its on eco mode what ones should it be on?
One more thing i did notice which am happy with is that both my cards don`t have that coil whine noise which was very loud.

ECO mode the fan does not spin until a certain temperature is reached.
Normal the fan will spin quietly always.
I'll soon be joining the Superflower Leadex owners club.
Saw these are back on the 'this week only' deal again and have today purchased the 1000w Platinum PSU for a bit of future proofing and plenty of overhead for my current set up. It got dispatched today too, despite my late in the day order (4:21pm).

Received today and as I am working later today I've already installed it, coil whine on my 780Ti has all but been eliminated in 3DMark. I've turned off the audio as to hear the faint whispers of whine whereas before it was very noticible.
Shame I can't spend some more time with it today.

Well took the plunge and ordered the SuperFlower Leadex GOLD 1000W Fully Modular "80 Plus Gold" Power Supply - Black.
Did look at the EVGA. However wanted to spread the love and add a little bling to my R9 290 system, overkill but hey why not.
Finally after just short of 7 years on the forums managed 1000 posts.

Strange that you guys didn't get a UK kettle lead, I got mine in the super big box they used for shipping my PSU, you haven't missed it in amongst the protective packaging? Mines wasn't need I just used the one I had already had but good to see OCUK covering the bases.
Running mine in Eco mode and the fan has not had to spin up at all under any conditions, lovely.

Love mine, bought it back when OCUK started stocking them and I happened to be looking for a new PSU. Powering two 290X Lightning's (not overclocked though) with a 4930K (overclocked) absolutely fine!

Nope definitely not in the big box. I always empty the lot out anyway.
