I'm about to report an untaxed vehicle. The tax per year costs more than the vehicle in question. The vehicle never moves and the tax is 8 months out of date. It hasn't been moved from over a year now. It sits outside in the car park doing nothing. The owner in question has another car he always drives and that is taxed.
The owner is a tool. Approaching him first will result in a verbal conflict.

The untaxed car in question does inconvenience me and other fellow neighbours as we hardly get a space to park our cars.

Shall I open my mouth to the tax man?

You're a horrible human being ;)

Seriously though, I'd be doing the same thing.

If its off the public road though, it may be SORN?

If its on the public road do it. My brother has been working away for ages and doesnt get the chance to use his car which is parked at home, but he pays the tax on it. The other day he was talking about not paying the tax, but he would then remove it from the road if he does so. As everyone should

It's on the public road.

Don't the DVLA ever come around your area?
Ask he if he wants it because if you take it to a scrap yard and take the tires off thats £60 you will have.

And don't forget Karma :D

EDIT= Just saw you said Car Park, if he has told the DVLA your stuffed.

Anonymous warning letter first through his letterbox? Legality apart, maybe he doesn't know it's being an inconvenience.

Just to get things clear when I say car park don't picture a multi storey car park. It's more like a few bays painted on the road. Make no mistake, it's public for everyone to use.

if i was ok with my neighbour, i wouldnt bother reporting it.

my nephew got hes car reported for being an eyesore (some1 poured paint stripper on it), he had road tax, but no insurance. the car never moved, just parked infront of the house. the car got crushed and he got 7 points.
