Am I the only one who cannot stand Flickr?

My phones got a flickr app that will upload directly... its easier for me to do that and get it from there later than faffing about with cables and memory cards and remembering that I took it.

You do photography and have a problem remembering you took a shot?

Man, you won't get far :p

No, I only use flickr for shots taken on my phone... I dont tend to use online storage for anything taken on my camera, and if I want to share it, I've got my own webspace.
As for not getting far, I have that particular T shirt... one failed business under my belt, I do it for the enjoyment I get from it now.

I was only playing dude :)

It is a good point though... its, at most, one extra step to get the card out of my phone into my pc than it is for the camera, yet I completely refuse to do it, always uploading or emailing the pictures from it.
The camera, however... everything from there is downloaded immediately into date sorted folders.

EDIT:: On a complete aside... I really like the look and layout of your site, and the shots are stunning.

Yep, I hate flickr too, the photo size is just too small! Not that user friendly to navigate through the photos too, I keep pressing the forward button not realising that it just moves the thumbnails.

It's what people choose to upload, not only that, they give you a smaller preview, and then the option to enlarge. Just a lazy way for it to be fine on all resolutions.
