After being tempted by the Echo Spot - I just saw that it has a camera :/ Not sure how I feel having a camera pointed at my bed

Might have to change my safe word, but it shouldn't be a problem
I have practically zero installed...Would love to control lights and stuff but it's just too expensive with the Echo Dot I believe as I'd need a hub.
There are a few 'games' you can add I guess.

This is a strange one I know, but my dads wants to know if Alexa can tell him the results of a horse race. If he said for example “Alexa, who won the 2:30 at Ascot today?”, would she tell him?
Spotify-free cannot be used with 3rd party devices like the Echo / Dot. You need premium for that

Wondering if theres a way to stop my echo playing music and turn off my hue lights with one command as i leave the room? like "Alexa turn off bedroom"?
I think this sort of thing works with say hue bulbs and smart plugs for other things but not the echo itself playing music as far as i can tell

Picked up an Echo today and getting it working with most things seems simple but can't seem to find a straight forward way to get it to work with iOS reminders, is this possible?

Been looking at IFTTT but most of the applets are based around a single list. In iOS I have several lists and would be nice if I could just say 'Alexa add XYZ to ABC list'.
Ah, you didn’t originally stipulate that you would need to it work in several lists.
Because Alexa only has two lists to add to (a to-do list and a shopping list) I suspect there is no way to get it to refer to separate lists setup in iOS reminders.
