Did anyone else think there were really few deals compared to black friday - I think brexit and the lost value of the pound may have caught them out so they cancelled a lot of deals ?

There were a few remarkable deals

I got this for £599 delivered currently $1199 in the US

An amazing deal! :D

The popularity of the deals are always mixed. Some i've seen fly out (any booze), and others they sell very low percentages of.

I do wonder how many people have "overspent" as in, the product they've purchased is either a) cheaper elsewhere, or b) was cheaper on Amazon at some point in the last 6/12 months.

Not surprised. Downstairs the atrium looks like a delivery sorting office. There must be well over a hundred parcels, all delivered by one poor sweaty looking chap at lunchtime.

I picked up a load of deals but nothing really to be excited about

Toilet paper
Floor wipes
Cleaning detergent
Bottle cleaner
Nappy bin with refills

Mine delivered...
Didn't knock on door (I was in at the time).
Left a card with an unreadable name and scarpered before I could open the door.
No boxes ticked to say what he'd done with it.
Online tracking said it was handed to me.

After contacting Amazon it seems he left it in the back garden. I guess they are so busy today they just leave it and "run". Understandable given the volume of parcels they must have today (although very frustrating for the customer who then has to chase Amazon to find out where it is).

My stuff has arrived. The van driver said he had to deliver 37 Amazon packages to the cul-de-sec where my company is based alone. Pretty crazy!

I used a 50% off voucher from hotdeals to buy a half price item in the prime sale already reduced from £11.99 to £5.99 and then used my £3 credit from an earlier buy for slow shipping to fund it and selected slow shipping again to get another £3 credit.

Result was I ended up with the item for free :D

Btw it was a 3.5mm headphone lead
