AMAZON prime

According to the Met Office, Amazon are going to have the tech in place for drone deliveries this year... legals will hold it back, no doubt!

I've gone off Amazon somewhat now. I feel like rather than doing all they can do speed up prime orders, they purposely slow down the regular ones...

IIRC Amazon tend to deal with deliveries by giving priority to:
Set time next day.
Next day Prime/individual paid for.
Others.

As fairly obviously they're going to give priority to orders that have had a speedier shipping option selected and paid for, than free shipping if they've got to make a choice.

They also offer you an incentive as a Prime customer to select a slower shipping method if it's not urgent (a £1 credit to your account for use on digital products). I think I managed about £25 in credits in the run up to Christmas with that.

What I don't get is they say regulations means they will have to be in line of sight, how is that going to work? Line of sight is not fpv
