Amazon Refund - Customer Services Useless

I won't buy warehouse deals again, as it's blatantly too easy for scumbags to scam and Amazon just pass the blame onto the next unwitting customer.

Works both ways.

Even if buying new its easy for staff\drivers to swap out the item for something that is similar in weight.

I buy from Amazon but nothing of large value (GPUs\CPUs etc) as when it turns up unopened and you open the item box its shopping items to pack out the weight of the item.

Seen GPUs swapped, iPhone swapped and even situations where Amazon also have refused refunds.
