Just noticed the OP has managed to get himself PermaBanned so I'm guessing we won't see too many updates to this thread

As regards stability my quoted speed is just my everyday running speed. I've managed to get it much higher (say an extra 10mhz on the HTT and RAM at over 250) but it wasn't reliable.

To be honest, I don't even think my current clock is prime95 stable in the long term due to memory issues. However as long as I'm getting good stability in games I'm not too bothered these days, as the extra performance is worth the risk of a potential crash once every blue moon.
