Yes, I have a whole new computer in my cart, just got the confirmation now. I ordered via website and CC at 14:06, good luck!

And thanks gibbo, I know it can cause a headache being transparent about things, but I appreciate the openness of it all.

Hmm getting a bit worried now, order went in at 14:06, used PayPal pay in 3 and in the PayPal app it shows as completed at 14:09 so I should be in this batch, I hope it didn't get delayed somewhere in the back end

Yes our pre 10am delivery arrived after 12, goodsin have now manage to book those in and they are now shipping, we hope to ship all 300 today but with the later than expected delivery not all of them may go out today.
DO NOT CALL US, do not change your orders as your more likely to create an issue with your order and it not ship out at all.

We have a further 80 units due Monday and a further 50 units due Wednesday, so those of you who don't get a shipment notification today there is a very strong chance you shall do next week especially if you placed an order pre 14:30, there will also be some orders beyond this time shipping as well no doubt.as that will be around 600 we would have taken delivery off and shipped out by end of next week, so look good and maybe a little ahead of schedule. :)

So in terms on order priority, do the people that ordered earlier get their orders processed first, or do the people who chose next day delivery get priority? Because I ordered using a debit card and the payment went through at 14:05, but I chose standard delivery assuming that my package would come on Thursday/Friday. Does this mean that my package will actually come next Thursday/Friday? It really not a huge deal, it’s just that this is my first time building a PC and all my other parts have arrived and I’m just so excited and impatient

Yeah, same issue here - it doesn't seem like RM orders are processed at all.

The general consensus was "first come, first serve" - the courier wasn't a determining factor (and never should be, since the courier determines the waiting time FROM dispatch, not TO dispatch). It's quite frustrating to see all these orders get dispatched despite being ordered, paid and confirmed after mine. I didn't mind waiting until early/mid next week for delivery, but at this rate it feels like i'm getting lucky if it's this year (considering there hasn't been any RM dispatches yet at all).

That's not a particularly great nor fair way of handling it, and i kind of don't feel like pretending otherwise this moment, frustration is slightly getting to me.

Ordered on the 7th at 14:04:24, oc and PayPal email at 14:06. I did pay 3(won't make that mistake of thinking why not) and got payment processed by papal at 14:12 . I expect that email isn't linked though

There was someone in here the other day who got theirs through RM if i'm not mistaken, but you won't get an email about RM dispatches because it's a standard non tracked delivery, it will just appear on your doorstep

The app or tracking number should confirm once they have collected the parcel from OCUk if you will receive on Saturday, if not you should be able to rock up at teh depot and collect with ID and a phone call first

DPD not let you collect from depo anymore . When i try that few weeks back they said after covid they stop it.
