AMD and Intel teaming up

Wonder what the stock heatsink will be like and if it's enough.

Shame they didn't announce it earlier though, the new iMacs/MBP was announced a couple of months ago so they missed the Apple boat.

You mean the imac pro which contains an Intel Xeon and and AMD Vega?

That's a higher spec than this mini stuff.

24 compute units is 1536 Shaders.

To put that into perspective an RX 560 has 1024 Shaders, and the RX 570 has 2048 Shaders.
It will easily compete with the GTX 1050TI.

This is just what I'm after, but as always with anything Intel, it's the price that lets it down. No doubt with an official price of $999 for the 1536SP NUK8i7HVK it'll be £1000 here.

If it was priced at more like £700 then it'd be decent value when you consider that you'd need a graphics card costing at least £250 to beat it. Add in case, PSU, motherboard and CPU expense and it would be a great alternative.
