Sounds like he doesn't want to promise a date and then not deliver but he did say they were coming soon in another recent post.

Just a heads up though these are older drivers than 13.2 beta 7 and were designed for that new amd card legionnaire 7790.
They are using older versions of D3D and OpenGL.
Upon closer inspection the D3D files are newer than beta 7, however OpenGL are older. Most decent games use D3D.

I wish Gibbo owned him. Would be great to have an active AMD GPU rep here. I'd imagine ocuk would sell even more AMD cards if that was the case. If i ever get banned from oc.net (which is a possibility as you know Locky

The D3D files are actually newer, but OpenGL, CCC and the rest are all older. Probably best to wait for the WHQL version which i expect tomorrow.
