Pardon the rookie question please guys, but I've noticed people in this thread all seem to use Prime95 blend, where I've always gone for the maximum CPU option.
Is blend a significantly better test of stability, and is it safe to use that as your guide to maximum practical running temperature? I'm not sure whether anything other than CPU burn applications would actually pump out so much heat, maybe I'm working under an artificial ceiling
Thanks
