*** AMD Radeon R9 290 (PRO / NON-X) Benchmarks Thread ***

First review I've seen of the HIS R9-290 IceQ x2. Mostly Chinese (I think), but the graphs still work. Looks like it's clocked at 1040/1300. I like the way the cooler vents lengthways along the card and out the back of the PC, but the VRM cooling seems a bit average as it isn't part of the larger heatsink. It does seem to be quieter and cooler at full speed, but at lower speeds it's actually coming up as slightly noisier. The review pictures show Hynix memory.

I dunno. There have been previous x2 cards that were blue/yellow as a special edition, but the normal retail versions ended up with black heatsinks.

Just gotta find some Powercolor r9-290 PCS+ reviews.
