As soon as the Nitro came into stock, I put it in the basket, used paypal, which took the money from my card, but when passed back to OcUK, it was out of stock. I hope the money gets refunded automaticaly.
Nope you'll be in the queue for the next batch. If you wish a refund, drop customer services a webnote and they shall process for you.
Because we over-sold by around 300-400 of them. So until I get a concrete confirmation of quantity and date I won't be opening up orders for any more XTX, my focus is now the customers waiting.
Should be but we did not expect this in all honesty, having so many cards for them to sell so quick is surprising. Warehouse will be working on shipping the orders out in the next couple of hours.
Yes but the site stayed alive, so manage to stop people buying them, 300-400 back orders can be dealt with, 10,000 plus was not so easy to manage.
We had 9 of those. 22 have pre-sold.

An update and this is partially my mess up, I communicated to warehouse to expect us to sell 100-200 units today, of course this is a gross under-estimate on my behalf, so apologies.
As such anyone who does not get a shipment notification today, not all is lost as we shall still be shipping orders out tomorrow, hand on heart we never expected to sell all the stock today, let alone within the first 30 minutes considering we had so many.

Those of you who did miss out on this first batch, both Sapphire and TUL have been emailed with AMD on copy showing how many additional we need to cover those back orders and I've requested a prompt response so we can keep customers informed.
Not possible right now, sit tight basically, if you ordered before 14:05 on an MBA you should be fine 99% but sometimes payment type/bank can cause issues.
Doubtful, to sell huge volume so fast is proof demand on XTX is huge, if our website had crashed we'd have no doubt over-sold by thousands. Even the AIB £1299 cards were flying, AMD has a lot of love this time round.

At 15:23 I pulled them down around 14:30 so I am afraid you won't get one tomorrow, your probably in the next batch of stock incoming.

Damn, I think I want one of those are watching that, but don't fancy the initial cost.
As I said earlier it is my favourite 7900 series card, absolute stunning but the quality of the card is on another level.
Well if it was an MBA you order, we are hoping sooner, like end of next week fingers crossed.
If it was a custom card, those are end of Jan.
