So why have you taken the money! Plus why accept and acknowledge an order 20 minutes later?

Amazon have taken the money not us, I will check this tomorrow as I’m home now but if it’s same bug issue as last time Amazon will auto refund you in 24-48hrs.
The problem is Amazon take the money but never send us the order and when they realise they auto refund.
It might not be the case but an order starting with ST is not our order number that is amazons who then send the order to us in normal circumstances at which point is changes to an OC order reference.
I’ll check tomorrow but if Amazon has messed up again I’ll request Amazon is removed from the website as a payment option or at the very least for product launches as it’s obvious Amazon has some odd issue.
I’ll see if I can see ST code on our systems.
