I feel like I've been kicked up and down the street, and not that positive feeling that I've actually managed to get a card for a build I've been putting off for years. Twice I've been expecting to receive that 'item shipped' email and nothing. Has my order now missed any chance whatsoever to actually arrive before Christmas?

- tomorrow - we've got hold of more stock, you may have a card depending how early you ordered

Honestly, if you take a look at it. OC have said we messed up. We can Cancel your order and refund you. At least you was kept in the loop. And at the end you will be having a card rather than no card. I’m still waiting for the sapphire 7900xtx was one of the highest in queue also. And doesn’t look like they can get any soon. I don't think it's quite fair to label people as impatient here, we didn't sign up for a queue, we were informed after purchase that the card were oversold. In reality these cards were january-february 2023 launch in any numbers. People that have got their cards in December I've had early access as far as I'm concerned.

As an update the warehouse did not manage to get any of the Powercolor 7900 XTX shipped, except for one, they simply arrived too late in the day unfortunately, the remaining and all back orders will ship tomorrow.
Apologies but it is why I put today/tomorrow as the warehouse were insanely busy.
As I've posted several times were at the mercy of couriers, UPS nearly failed to deliver today and had rescheduled for tomorrow but by some miracle they turned up mid afternoon.
So once again apologies but a pre Christmas delivery has at no point been guaranteed, we were able to get the cards to ourselves sooner than expected, the rest should ship tomorrow which I guess means there is a chance DPD *MIGHT* deliver the item before Christmas but is not guaranteed due the fact DPD areSo.. I don't usu6spend 1k for a graphics card.. struggling.

You asked me to pay instantly..which I did with "promise " .."in stock" - which you promise!
And where we are 10 days late I've got email -sorry boss but we haven't got stock.. like there is no responsibility for what you promise?!?!
So I can open any business and promise whatever and worst case scenario is refund..really?? Where is reputations?

To be fair man, from what I’ve seen - Gibbo has gone above and beyond to try to help people get their cards.
If they don’t physically have the card, they can’t magic it out of thin air. I appreciate this would be frustrating, but sometimes things happen. I’m sure they will resolve it for you as soon as they can. I’ve been buying from OCUK for over 20 years, and they’ve always helped me out if there was ever a probleIknow m.

First of all what compensation is due? You and several hundred people all at the same time ordered a product where the demand exceeded supply. The product was incredible limited supply and was not available anywhere worldwide.
Customers were all informed within 24hrs and a refund made available if so required but the option to wait was offered as I went and pushed AMD hard for more stock which they have helped greatly with and many back orders have been fulfilled now and more will continue to do so until they are all fulfilled.
Plus I’ve already stated if we can’t fulfill them a FREE upgrade will be given to a better design card but a refund for those unwilling to wait has and is always available.
We have and will further improve our website to prevent over selling but in all fairness I feel like I’ve gone above and beyond to keep customers informed and to help where I can.
I feel I’ve done far more than any competitor would ever off, the fact I’m replying to you past 11pm is proof of that.
If your so unhappy with us then I ask why have you not requested a refund considering you can do so anytime and it was offered.
Alternatively be patient as I will ensure all orders are fulfilled and that is a promSo you attaise.
There will be no compensation though as you the customer has chosen to wait, no one is making you.
