Decided to pay via finance to help with owning a card, however, on my order page it says " Finance application incomplete", despite I passed the credit check and followed the instructions on the finance payment website to get taken back to the OCUK website, my oder still says " Finance application incomplete". Has anyone had any problems when using finance option?, thanks.

how can you tell if you didnt secure one , i ordered also as they went oos however i did get a confirmation emailAs soon as the Nitro came into stock, I put it in the basket, used paypal, which took the money from my card, but when passed back to OcUK, it was out of stock. I hope the money gets refunded automaticaly
If you get confirmation email, barring any extreme cases, you have secured it
If you get a confirmation email that normally means that your order has been accepted. It doesn't default to pre order does it?

Because we over-sold by around 300-400 of them. So until I get a concrete confirmation of quantity and date I won't be opening up orders for any more XTX, my focus is now the customers waiting.

Should be but we did not expect this in all honesty, having so many cards for them to sell so quick is surprising. Warehouse will be working on shipping the orders out in the next couple of hours.
