HI there

AMD / Sapphire have authorised us to sell online the Mining series with power consumption and performance optimised for mining, we have stock due in the next few days and for those wishing to order large volumes of 100+ at a time we can deliver in roughly 4 weeks from point of taking up front funds.

The cards also come with a full 1yr warranty, so you can mine in peace of mind. I must note these cards with the exception of the RX 560 are dedicated mining product.

We also have guaranteed Samsung memory SKU product as well for those mining certain coins which prefer Samsung memory for improved performance and reliability.

Big thumbs up to both AMD and Sapphire for making this happen and allowing us to list the product online, hopefully this will ease the pressure on regular stocks giving gamers a chance to grab a regular RX 580/570 at more friendly pricing.

So why post this here? Forums members are surely not buying mining cards? Of course they are not, but our forums has a massive SEO reach, so it helps get the word out there and eventually to the mining customers to place their orders online (no limitations) or call us and place an order. :)

@Gibbo good idea gibbo, However why would i miner buy this card over the cheaper 560s, the only reason i see is the 60W power output?
don't think this fix the issue but hopefully it will. :)

I believe HBM is not favoured by miners so those cards should be all clear and AMD certainly won't want miners having their flagship gaming cards. :)

Ex-mining *cough*

In seriousness though - what do these new "Mining" cards do that the old RX didn't?

No video out and you can order them with a reasonable chance of receiving one soon? :)

Probably got custom bios specificity for mining, low power faster mining performance.

I don't think this is going to help with the regular stock. Not until the mining cards are cheaper enough and the regular versions not profitable enough at normal prices. Until then the miners will just buy the mining edition up next to the normal ones. I really hope the difficulty will rise atleast 30-40% soon. Its annoying with no stock.

However it's nice to see the attempt anyway.

I'd be interested in seeing how these cards hold up over long term use. They're calling them mining series, yet they use the same fans and heat-sinks, only real physical difference is no inputs on some of them. Considering these cards are designed for gaming sessions and not 100% 24/7 loads its gonna put the coolers to the test. I remember the msi rep on here a few years back going on about something similar.

I believe that most miners already flash specific bioses to the cards they have anyway. This just takes some of the hassle out of it. and it's not like they'd be able to find the cards any cheaper!

If its mainly the bios that changes mining efficency. Whats to stoo dumping the bios and flashing cheaper gaming cards? Profit?
People modify the BIOS on regular cards anyway, on a reference RX480 8GB you can just dump your BIOS, copy and paste the 1750MHz RAM timings over the 2000MHZ timings and flash it back to get an additional 3-4MH/s.

So these mining cards are better how? Lol. Just for people who rather plug and play? Or rather plug and mine lol
