Although Zen3 with near 200mb of cache is nearly as compelling. Zen 3D with an X570S motherboard and 4000mhz memory would be pretty EPYC.

To be fair Intels process node is a few years older than what AMD is on. Intel may be on a new architecture but it's built on a process node from 2015 and AMD presently on a process node from 2019
