He makes a mountain out a mole hill on some occasions. Doesn't help that he usually has that smug looking smirk on his face a lot which usually suggests he enjoys ascending the soapbox.
He's incredibly smug. It drips off of him, no matter what the subject. He does do some good work at times, but the videos about it are a tough watch for me. The whole "smartest guy in the room" persona gets old real fast.

Good news, means AMD will be getting my money, wanting a 8 coreC since i expect that to be the standard soon (since consoles will be using Ryzen 8c/16t)
I think AMD is not going to be that aggressive in their pricing and product this time round.

they had to be aggressive in Zen2 to grab market share from intel in all sectors. If the IPC (single core and multi thread) lift is to be believed and delivered, the zen 3 will leave intels 10th gen and 11th gen in the dust. So there is no incentive for AMD to be aggressively pricing or pushing for more cores on their ryzen range as they will have the best CPU period.

I think Ryzen 3, 5, 7, 9 in the zen 3 range will have the exact same core counts as they currently do in zen 2. At launch there will only be 1 CPU in each of the category and maybe Ryzen 9 doesn’t feature until a few month later. Maybe 12months later they do a refresh of the range to give more diversification to keep us consumer keen and to keep intel at bay by binning CPUs. They may well do refresh products at the same time as zen 4 or soon before zen 4. To make more cash!!!

Used to do my nut when he reviewed a video card with a blower fan and constantly called it the "vrm fan", like that's the only component it was cooling.

Hello again my name is Rodney Reynolds with 3DGAMEMAN.COM.. the guy that disappeared, after he made a joke video about quitting too. Though i kind of liked him to be honest.

And now on to the neeeuws.

He was the first site to evolve into video reviews instead of just text, he was years ahead of his time in that respect.

His tongue is firmly entrenched up intels butt.

Hes hardly raving about Intel in his video.

Quite frankly irrespective of how stagnent Intel have been, they do a lot of things correctly and the extra R&D budget is clearly evident in the products, my last 7700k system was seemless with regards to hardware and software compatability, my 1600x, 2200g, 3600x and 3900x systems have not been as polished
