This was probebly an accident this time but i know im dragging up the past but didnt the yanks bomb a convoy of british vechles in the first gulf war?? "IF" im right it was 2 apc's full of troops now how did they manage that?

Failure to get the message to the pilots that British troops were in the area. Well thats one version

IIRC the Brits claim they notified the foreward controllers, the US deny it. End result the A10 pilots didn't know we were present and engaged. Fog of War, human error, system error ... who knows.
