No pre facelift 2018 for that reason. Didn’t want a facelift car.AWESOME!
what age is it ? i.e does it have GPF or not? supposed to make them a bit tamer on the noise front.
Yup think low rise hatchLovely car. How's the boot? Big enough for a week away?
Don’t aspire to things is my advice. If the last 4 years have taught me anything it’s the unimportance of things over health and happiness. Aspire to those and win those first is my advice.wow lovely big home too by the looks of it.
winning.
GT probably which comes in a few versions. If it tried to steal your woman it was the GTRSo whatever we saw was a AMG of some sort. It did look like the one in pictures. - Low -wide and grey. - That car is nice Housey. Enjoy it.
Me too, it’s very fruityVery nice GT-R @Housey.
I had a go in one of these at MB-World and it was great fun. I'm amazed that the standard exhaust is road legal.
Not really as I kept it so long. 90k paid 45k returned. Over 4 years and 40k miles that’s decent. I could have lost that with many cars if I bought, garaged, never drove it and sold it. I’d have got low 50’s selling it privately I suspect but that would have come with pain I’m sure.Wow. Nice congrats.
did you take a bath on the R8?
I did have a brief 45 seconds video of it being unloaded from the trailer, but it's not my finest work and knowing my finest work is dire you might imagine the sheer quality of this one.@Housey If you can pull yourself from driving it for 10minutes (hard ask, I know), can we have a little rev video <3
Yes I will remain with 2 cars. I did consider having just this one, but makes little sense really.Stunning enjoy
I did think about buying a GTS as an all rounder but decided to split into a dedicated work car and then get a weekend car
Rings a bell too. Need to try and find a GTR specialist I think as I am fairly sure the dealers will be useless with the car.I might have made this up but I’m sure there’s a similar story with the front brake ducts? I remember Tony of Gravelwood car sales had a mare with his when the ceramics completely died on track, turns out his brake ducts were missing or something? They became standard fit later on and on the Pro I think. Something to check out.
It is little different to most warranties. It is the big bills I wanted covered, mechanical and electrical items. My R8 was no different, but come new gearbox time Audi got the £23K bill, not me.Are you aware of the exclusions for the extended warranty? I did a quick Google yesterday and went to the extended warranty website. I was surprised by such an extensive list that leaves little to the imagination about what actually is covered.
Edit: Although it was a very quick look and I could be entirely wrong.
