An Elder Scrolls: Oblivion thead

You could do this in Morrowind, but surely Oblivion has a) no stacking of potions with the same effect, and b) no more than five potions at a time?
Perhaps I am misremembering it but I have a clear memory of doing something that meant I could go through the gates easily. I thought it was the potion trick but perhaps it was something else.

The exploit I remember from Morrowind was perpetual flying but iirc that was just equipping several magic items at once.

I broke into a shopkeepers store
Then gave the owner 500 gold to invest
Then bought loads of stuff

And yet he told me to get out and got 5 bounty

hmmm you'd think be smarter "you broke into my store but since you've just spend 10,000 gold I'll let this pass"

One thing I dislike about games in general is there is often limited to no ability to blur the lines. It does make a lot more work for the developer and/or potentially a less predictable experience for the average gamer but still.
