5☆ better then the plot of Lost, would rate again
Disappointingly the Phantom seems to have had a day off, was watching carefully until from 03:40-04:45 hoping to catch them in the act, tried a different camera hoping the night filming would be slightly better but it was far worse :S.
I've been going through the video footage from this week and last week hoping to catch them on their way to work, I figure they might have been caught during actual daylight carrying the bag but no luck there either.
I did see one very suspicious character on the footage from last night who seemed very intent on looking around as if looking for a camera (Has the Phantom seen this Thread?...
) They also happened to have white trainers on which can also be made out in the actual dumping video but they weren't holding a SPAR bag 
.

Either someone from here who has recognised the location and is interfering in a doofer investigation or car thief or bag drop perpetrator...
Once you know where the dropper lives don't let them know that you know.
Once you've checked the contents you can put the bag back and no one will know.
Good work so far.
Can the footage be sharpened up to lift the reg number on the white lorry, we don't know it's definitely a council lorry do we? Plus the reg and date / time would if the council keep a record of drivers using vehicles know who the driver is, in case the bag has something sinister in.
People really need to read the whole Thread... I already know what's in the bag. I don't care about the contents of the bag. What is in the bag is completely irrelevant. If it was in any way, shape or form relevant to this Thread it would have been already divulged. If you really, really want to know what the bag contains, read the ****ing Thread.
