Android phone with iPhone build quality?

Had my 5s a week and already getting rid of it, can't see what all the fuss is about.

After having time with both the HTC One and the Oppo Find 5, I reckon the Oppo is pretty much the best hardware of any Android device. The problem with the HTC is that it scratches very very easily, however I guess that is a none issue when buying a phone.

Iphone and build quality in the same sentence? They feel like cheap toys in the hand to me. Cheap toys with a very inflated price tag.

That's because there are probably at least 15x more of them than any other device. They aren't "crappy built".

No matter what your view may be on Apple (I bet I could have a good guess), you just can't say this. It's plain wrong.

What about the crappy mute button that was prone to breaking. Hardly ever touched it and it still broke.

I use the mute switch a lot (something I miss when I don't have it), and it's never broken (on every iPhone to date). I'd say the home button is more prone to breaking, but again, mine has never had trouble.

I think people forget that, despite the premium construction, they are still churned out at a factory so there will be anomalies, etc. Even though QC is pretty high.

Sorry Robbo but for me it was the design of a protruding 2mm switch with a plastic cap that made some of the "workmanship" on the IPhone a little shoddy nothing else.

Was this a 3G or something? It's level with the volume buttons on the iPhone 5 at least.

Yeah it wasn't so great back then, it really picked up starting with the iPhone 4!
