Anger Issues...?

I find exercise helps a lot.

However if this is a recent thing, you need to see what's changed in your life to cause you to snap. One day, you'll snap around the wrong person - and either hurt someone you care about, or hurt someone with serious repercussions.

Spend the money get some therapy, once a week i do, its well worth it.

I attribute my random hissy fits to my time spent on computers. On a computer, you know where everything is. You can google something, ctrl+f, etc. When I lose something in real life, I go to rage level 10 in about 1 minute, because I can't comprehend why something isn't just "there" and because I feel it's such an unnecessary faff trying to find something. Likewise, if something breaks, I don't understand why "it just can't work". Any deviation from something simple to make it more time consuming makes me irate.

It's very silly and makes me look like an enourmous tit!

One hour sprinting around the local park followed immediatley by 10 minutes on the fleshlight should do the trick

That's because you were smoking it when you were 14.

I also suggest you calm down the personal attacks :)

You sound exactly like my housemate.

Just like him you don't seem to realise that you're only angry at yourself.

I do exactly the same thing when I can't find stuff, very rare I'll snap at people tho, just get angry at myself and start throwing stuff around in my attempt to find the lost item. Another thing that makes me throw a wobbly is my phone when it plays up consistently. I start shouting and swearing at it and if I can't do what I want within the 5 seconds of shouting at it, it goes on a flying lesson.

The gf thinks it's hilarious watching me have a hissy fit and often has to take my phone off me.

Exercise or something that'll take a great deal of energy out of you seems like a good place to start for the OP. Helps me as the phone throwing has been greatly reduced since I've been training at the gym regularly.

Anger is better than depression, just go and bash the offender :)

The thing that drives me crazy is ****ing hoovers. Somethings when they get tangled up on things I just ****ing lose it haha. Cue me kicking the living crap out of the hoover.

Can't think of anything apart from that.
