ANNO 1800

Thinking of getting back into this after several years away. Don't have most of the DLC but with the abundance of mods what mods do people recommend?

Main thing I can remember when playing co-op (which I will be again) was that the AI battles wise just had no chance, any mods to improve this and make the AI challenging again?

After taking the pee outta the "complete" editions in the 117 thread, I remembered they were making an asia mod for 1800 - and it seems to have been released!

Bought the complete edition for just under £40 that comes with all the season passess. Im looking forward to the new roman version thats out later this year, but i think ill invest some decent time into this amongst my other games and wait till the complete edition is out for that one.

Anway 1800 seems quite well recieved on here so im looking forward to giving it ago. Ill probably start with the tuturial/campaign first, going by videos it does have quite a few mechanics to get my head around. Graphics do look pretty good on it aswell, looking forward to seeing what it looks like on m 4k OLED.

I have just the base game and started paying again recently. I find it fun. Once you get to the New world at Artisans, then it starts to ramp up the things you need to do. If I were you, play base game first a few times, then add 1 expansion at a time. Not sure if you can add them to an already saved game or not though. You will start new games a lot at the beginning by the way. Also, I would suggest custom game to start off, gives you less hassle from NPCs. Don't play with any of the 3 'friendly' NPCs or any of the Pirates. Set your settings to make it super easy first off for yourself and learn the game.

Also, Youtuber, Taka is your go to for anything Anon1800
